Battery EOLT. Check Your Battery Packs to Ensure Optimal Function.
The Battery EOLT of the HAHN Automation Group is a turn-key solution for testing battery packs developed in cooperation with the PEM (Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components at RWTH Aachen). Thanks to many years of experience in setting up end-of-line test systems for demanding industries, all relevant test scenarios can be implemented.
From power electronics and test equipment to test software and automation, the HAHN Automation Group offers everything from a single source. With its vast expertise in test engineering, the company helps define the best test strategies to optimize cycle times and ensure targeted product quality.
A newly developed fire protection and safety concept ensures reliable detection in the event of a fire. In such a case, the battery automatically closes to limit the fire and is transported to a safe area. Smoke filters prevent contamination of the surrounding area.
Pump EOLT. Check Your Pumps to Ensure Optimal Function.
The standardized Pump EOLT from HAHN Automation Group offers the possibility to implement tests for different pump types, such as water or oil pumps with short cycle times. The necessary tests are implemented according to product and customer requirements and include speed, torque, flow, pressure, and the function of electronic components.
Thanks to the flexibility in interface areas such as article pickup, a wide range of products can be tested. And changeover to new product variants is also easy. The concept allows the testing of small batches with manual loading as well as large batches when integrated into an assembly line. The built-in robot takes over the handling within the EOLT fully automatic from the transfer position.

DynaCheck Shock Absorber. We Put Shock Absorbers on the Test Stand.
DynaCheck shock absorbers are designed for the functional testing of closed and fully assembled 1- and 2-pipe shock absorbers. The test can be performed with previously defined parameters and variably configurable measuring tasks. Two integrated linear drives allow all motion profiles to be executed, allowing testing with different strokes and speeds.
The user interface of the test system is fully integrated into the system control and adapted to the production requirements. A central panel controls the entire system, enabling the test engineer to display relevant information and measurement results.
